The platform. PropertyDirect is a marketplace connecting property owners and potential buyers in Malaysia. It is not a real estate agency and does not represent either party in any transaction.

No guarantees. PropertyDirect does not guarantee a sale, buyer financial capacity, financing approval, or completion of any transaction. Verification badges are trust signals, not endorsements.

Sales only. The marketplace is for property sales. Rental listings are not permitted.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and messages, and for engaging qualified professionals (lawyers, valuers, bankers) for your transaction. PropertyDirect does not provide legal, valuation or financial advice.

Acceptable use. Fraud, impersonation, harassment and spam are prohibited and may result in suspension or removal. Reports are reviewed by our trust & safety team; a report is an allegation, not a finding.

Founding Seller program. Registration is free during the founding stage and creates no obligation to list or sell.
