Privacy policy

What we collect. Account details (name, email, phone), profile information, listings, enquiries, messages, viewing requests, and verification submissions you provide.

What's public. Property information, asking prices, general locations, photos, and public trust badges are visible to everyone.

What's private. Your email, phone number, private messages and verification details are never shown to other users. Sellers and buyers communicate through the platform until they choose to share contact details themselves.

What's admin-only. Internal notes, trust & safety records, moderation information and lead scoring are visible only to authorised administrators.

Identity documents. Documents submitted for identity verification are reviewed by our team and never exposed publicly or to other users.

Retention. We retain trust-and-safety records where legally or operationally necessary, even if an account is closed.
